2. AI Scanning 2.0 – Our AI has been burning the midnight oil, and as a result, the scanning of receipts and invoices is now smarter and faster than ever. With its newfound wisdom, it's going to save you even more time and energy. 🧠
3. Improved Statuses – We've fine-tuned our statuses to give you crystal clear clarity on what stage your transaction is in. It’ll remind you to review, attach invoices, attach receipts, track payment status and more. Keep track like a maestro conducting an orchestra. 🎵
4. Mark as Paid – We've made it simpler to mark invoices as paid. You can now easily ensure you’ve not missed paying an invoice, and attach payment proof if you wish.
5. Created By Log – Never lose track of who's creating what transaction with our new 'Created By' feature. Perfect for keeping everyone accountable in your busy production hive. 🐝
6. Better Roles – We’ve reimagined roles to bring more flexibility to your team. You can easily add cardholders to super admins with varying degrees of permissions. 🎭
7. Summary View: Cut to the chase with our new 'Summary View' feature! See all your spend data compiled and categorized neatly, by category or vendor. It's your production spend neatly storyboarded – an eagle-eye view of where your money's starring, all in one tab.
8. Auto-save: With the new auto-save feature, you no longer need to remember to click 'save'. Make a change to a transaction, and consider it set in stone - or, well, code. It’s like having your own digital script supervisor who never misses a beat.
